This weekend painting retreat with Rassouli promises to be an amazing one, where we will spend three days with a group of loving people from around the globe, living and creating together, as we learn and practice Rassouli's concept of the Painting with Madness. We will paint and play, hang around with friends, walk a unique labyrinth, gather every night for fun, tell stories, play music, paint and dance. We will embrace our perfections and imperfections, hold each other in love, laugh and cry. In short, we will be going home to the root of ourselves which is pure love dedicated to spreading beauty, oneness and peace.


As you play with paint on canvas, you will find out how easily you are able to create a life of contentment for yourself from a higher level of consciousness, and how your creative energy flows with ease, joy and freedom. On a more personal level, you will have the opportunity to discuss your specific challenges with Rassouli and receive workable guidance.
Painting Retreat

Labyrinth


WALKING THE LABYRINTH


You begin the Wisdom of Madness retreat with walking a labyrinth. You will practice for spiritual centering, contemplation, and aspiration. As you walk slowly, guided by Rassouli, you will quiet your mind and focus on a spiritual question or a special dream. When you reach the center, you pause to reflect and listen for an answer or for deeper revelation. During the following two days at the retreat, you will be painting while absorbing the experience with reflections on your canvases in such a way that will amaze you.

Hello Rassouli, I have to say that I really enjoyed last weekend's creativity retreat. I felt a lot of support and nourishment among a wonderful group of people and I learned a lot not only how to express myself in a creative way, but also about what art is really about, and how to be creative not only in art but in all aspects of my life. Your poems by mystic poets were also very inspiring and made me dive into an ocean of freedom that I have been longing for, but what touched me the most was your patience and caring for all the group and your positive encouragement.
